The McConaghy model range of catamarans have unique features unlike any other multihulls which will improve safety at sea, performance and an unsurpassed on water luxury living experience. Totally new in the multihull world are McConaghy’s advanced centerboard systems which automatically raise when striking on object at sea greatly enhancing impact safety and at the same time offering better performance than centerboards. Another unique feature and trademark are the fully opening all glass salon doors as well as a very cool streamlined flybridge.
All McConaghy multihulls are built with advanced composites and are constructed with around 40% carbon fiber – placed where it matters, in the torsional load bearing sections. This method allows the builder to minimize heavy structural beams, saving weight and creating open spaces onboard like no other boat. The interior wood laminates are also super-lightweight with foam cores.
